In 2014, ten high school student boys from the Donaldina Cameron House in San Francisco, CA stayed ten days in Heidelberg, Germany.

During their stay in Heidelberg the San Francisco youths stayed with individual families and got together with German youth groups for excursions to the area around Heidelberg and Mannheim and met for basketball tournaments and other recreational activities.
